Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy I require a 24-hour notice when cancelling or confirming an appointment. If a 24-hour notice is not given, you will be responsible and be charged 100% for your services scheduled.
I value your time and have a 15 minute grace period for late arrival. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may have there services adjusted or be charged for the service and asked to reschedule. No shows will result in being fully charged for your service.
